How and when will I receive my search results?

You will receive your search results by email within 2 business days from when you submit your search. Our goal is to get your results emailed to you the next business day. If you do not receive your results within 3 business days, please contact us at our customer service email.

What happens if you are unable to find a match for the social security number I provide? 

If we are unable to find a match for the social security number you provide us with, we will perform a name search for you at no additional charge. A match means anytime data is returned on the SSN you provided. It is also considered a match if the person is listed as deceased. 

What kind of information will I receive?

You will receive the most current public records information reported.  This will include name, addresses and possible telephone numbers.

What if the name on the report comes back different than the person's name I am looking for?

There are several reasons why this could happen.  First, the person you are looking for is using another name, someone else is using that SSN improperly, or the SSN you provided us with was incorrect.
